Freelance Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Floral Designer to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Freelance Floral Designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills by creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs for events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create custom designs that meet their needs
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from local suppliers
- Prepare flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Ensure that all arrangements are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Creative flair and passion for floral design
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when needed

Education:
A degree or certification in floristry is preferred but not required. We value experience and creativity over formal education.

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally able to work in Syria.
