Administrative Director - Dukhan, Egypt
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Dukhan, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective operation of daily tasks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes
- Monitor budget and expenses related to administration, making recommendations for cost savings where applicable
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for administrative staff
- Handle any escalated employee or customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Biometric passport for international travel is preferred but not required
