Personal Fitness Trainer



As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will provide motivation, support and guidance to help clients achieve their fitness goals through proper exercise techniques, nutrition and lifestyle changes. Your role will involve conducting fitness assessments, creating workout programs, demonstrating exercises, monitoring progress and providing feedback to clients. You should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of various exercise methods and a passion for helping others improve their health and wellness. This is a full-time position in Riyadh with a salary of 1200$.

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology
- Familiarity with different training methods such as HIIT, strength training, cardio, etc.
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health and fitness
- Fluency in English language (Arabic language is a plus)
- Ability to work full-time in Riyadh

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine client's current physical condition, health history and fitness goals
- Design personalized workout plans that align with client's goals and abilities
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to workout plans
- Educate clients on proper nutrition practices
- Motivate clients to stay on track with their fitness goals
- Maintain accurate records of client progress
- Continuously educate yourself on the latest trends and methods in the fitness industry
