Land Surveyor for Construction Projects in Dubai

As a Land Surveyor for Construction Projects, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and collect data for construction projects in Dubai. You will use various measuring tools and techniques to accurately map out the land and provide detailed reports to the project team. This role requires experience in land surveying, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents. The ideal candidate will have their own visa and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant data
- Use measuring tools such as GPS, laser levels, and total stations to accurately map out the land
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and other construction documents
- Prepare detailed reports for the project team with accurate measurements and data
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor
- Experience working on construction projects in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa in Dubai

Salary: 1300$ per month
