Seasonal Executive Chef - Riyadh
We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Riyadh. As an Indian national, you will use your expertise in Indian cuisine to create delicious and authentic dishes for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation, ensuring the highest quality standards are met
- Create innovative menus that showcase traditional Indian flavors and ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members
