Restaurant Manager

We are in search of an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Abu Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a profitable business. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staffing, inventory management, and financials
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
