Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee all aspects of the project including budget, schedule, quality control, and safety
- Monitor progress and ensure project stays on track
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare project reports and documentation as needed
- Manage resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and schedules
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi is preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Abu Dhabi
