Job Title: Construction Manager


A reputable construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Review project plans and drawings to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Hire and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other staff
- Monitor progress of construction activities and address any delays or issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and progress
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status, costs, and any potential risks
- Ensure materials are ordered in a timely manner and are of the required quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Experience working on contracts with strict timelines (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi (candidates from all nationalities welcome)

Contract Type: Full-time contract position without accommodation
