We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Muharraq. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the administrative field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes (if applicable)
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided
