Office Assistant (Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in Muharraq. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail. You should be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Perform data entry, scanning, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support other staff members with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working hours for this part-time position are flexible but must be within normal business hours. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month with accommodation provided. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for the right candidate.
