Part-Time Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Dar Kulaib. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards
- Monitor financial performance and adjust operations to meet budget goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and POS systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own transportation
