Experienced Barista in Sharjah (Visa Sponsorship and Accommodation Provided)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer orders
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 10 pounds
- Fluency in English is preferred
