A reputable restaurant in Hawalli is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and manage costs effectively
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to avoid shortages or wastage
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health codes and regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
