Administrator at a Multinational Company in Muharraq, Bahrain
We are a leading multinational company seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Assist with project planning and coordination
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience working in a multinational company or fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Muharraq, Bahrain. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate if needed.
Visa Requirements:
The selected candidate should have their own valid visa for working in Bahrain.
