Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and arranging products in an attractive manner to maximize sales. Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to showcase products in an appealing manner
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and organized on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify popular products and strategize on effective product placement
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
