Our reputable company in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and performing data entry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers looking to gain valuable skills in an English-speaking environment. Accommodation will not be provided.
