Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. While prior experience is not required, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Supervise and train construction workers on-site
- Maintain detailed project records and reports
- Conduct regular quality control inspections
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
