Contract Construction Manager

A construction company in Dar Kulaib is seeking a Contract Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, be able to work with tight deadlines and budgets, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee the selection of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Familiarity with project management software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
