Job Title: Florist Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced floral environment and possess exceptional customer service skills. As a Florist Specialist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for our clients, as well as providing expert recommendations and advice on flower selection. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. The salary for this position is 1500$, with free visa and ticket provided. This is an English-speaking job, but proficiency in other languages is a plus. Experience in floral design is required, and preference will be given to candidates of Pakistani nationality. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their flower selection
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Follow company standards for pricing, packaging, and delivery
- Stay updated on current trends in the floral industry
- Assist with training new team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a floral environment
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create various arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in design
- Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages a plus)
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
