Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Hawalli, Kuwait

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. A good understanding of building codes and safety regulations is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any repairs or maintenance needed
- Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures such as faucets, switches, and light bulbs
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Adhere to building codes and safety regulations at all times
- Keep track of materials used for repairs and report any shortages to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English is not required)
- Valid work permit for Kuwait (free visa provided)
- Ability to start immediately
