Registered Nurse


As a Registered Nurse at our medical facility in Muharraq, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a compassionate and professional manner. Your main duties will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring the safety of patients at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' physical and emotional health
- Develop and implement care plans based on patients' individual needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Follow established protocols for infection control and prevention measures
- Adhere to legal regulations, nursing standards, and ethical principles in all aspects of patient care

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Muharraq or willingness to obtain one through visa sponsorship
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions to patients and their families
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others
- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures used in patient care
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset)
