Job Title: Chemical Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist


As a Chemical Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing facility in Riyadh. Your main duties will include conducting research and analysis, developing and implementing new processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
- Develop and implement new processes to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze data to track progress and identify opportunities for further optimization
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams regarding process improvements
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for improvement projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to chemical engineering processes

Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in chemical process engineering or process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately
- Knowledge of process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing environment is a plus
