Office Administrator
Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Ajman. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating schedules and appointments, and providing administrative support to our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Applicants must be fluent in English and preference will be given to Indian nationals. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
