Sales Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Egyptian Nationals)



We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This position is specifically for Egyptian nationals who are looking for a full-time job opportunity in sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to improve product offerings
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry developments and competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national residing in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the UAE market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
