The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects in the city of Jeddah. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to use advanced surveying equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other necessary measurements for construction projects
- Use advanced surveying equipment such as GPS systems and robotic total stations to collect accurate data
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings based on survey data for project planning and execution
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to use advanced surveying equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer aided design software
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam
- Ability to work full-time in Jeddah
