Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with various tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have previous office experience, strong communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings/appointments
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport (preferred)
