Head Baker
The Head Baker will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery, located in the bustling city of Dar Kulaib. They will lead a team of bakers and ensure that all baked goods are made to the highest quality and standards. This includes creating and testing new recipes, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, excellent time management skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation provided.
Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain.
Visa and ticket to be provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Create and test new recipes for various baked goods
- Supervise a team of bakers and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure all baked goods meet high quality standards
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Train new employees on bakery procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a baker in a high-volume bakery
- Proven success in creating unique recipes and developing product lines
- Strong understanding of proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently
- Ability to lead a team and provide clear direction and guidance
