We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading operations at our company in Sharjah. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders and ensuring that all loading tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role is suitable for Indian candidates who are looking for a full-time job with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and ensure that they follow safety protocols and procedures
- Assign tasks to loaders and ensure that they are completed within given deadlines
- Inspect loading equipment regularly and report any issues to the maintenance team
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety measures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth loading operations
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, including quantity, weight, and destination
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickup of loaded goods
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to loading operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects safely
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to loading operations
- Strong communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
