We are currently seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays in retail stores according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock products as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product placement
- Participate in product development meetings to provide insights on customer preferences and market demands
- Assist with creating promotional materials and displays for new products or special promotions
- Keep track of sales data and report on performance metrics to management team
- Ensure that all merchandising activities align with brand standards and guidelines

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and retail operations is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this entry-level position is $1700 per month.
