Welder

As a welder, you will be responsible for joining metal parts together using various techniques such as welding, brazing, and soldering. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints or instructions, selecting and setting up welding equipment, and inspecting welded surfaces for defects. You will also be required to operate cutting torches and grinders, as well as maintain a safe and clean work environment.

To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in welding. You must also possess a valid welding certification and be proficient in using various types of welding equipment. Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination are essential for this position.

As our ideal candidate, you must be able to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. You should also have good mathematical skills to make accurate calculations when measuring materials. In addition, you must be detail-oriented with good manual dexterity to ensure precision in your work.
