Entry Level Baker


Our bakery in El-Ain is seeking an Entry Level Baker to join our team. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for baking and wants to gain experience in a professional bakery setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
- Decorate and finish baked products according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients
- Follow food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bakery or culinary environment preferred but not required
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
