Surveyor vacancy in Ar Rumaythiyah Kuwait

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of buildings and other structures, contours of the land, and other features.
- Use surveying instruments such as total stations and GPS receivers to collect data.
- Analyze collected data to create maps, plans, and reports.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate survey results.
- Ensure that all survey work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of survey measurements and calculations.
- Train and supervise junior surveying staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying equipment.
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and plans.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience).

Location: Ar Rumaythiyah (accommodation not provided).
