Junior Merchandiser
Entry-level position for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Merchandiser in Manama. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will assist with the planning and execution of product displays and promotions to maximize sales and profitability. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and making recommendations for product ordering and pricing. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of visual displays and promotional materials to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for ordering new products or restocking existing ones
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for pricing adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure merchandise is displayed in an appealing and organized manner
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and store managers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and promotional activity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Manama but may require occasional travel within the country.
