Construction Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing the construction team. This role is suitable for men and does not require any previous experience or fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Review and approve contractor invoices
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to work full time without accommodation
