Indian Female Construction Manager in Sharjah



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian female Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sharjah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to managing contractors and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Manage project documentation and report progress to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sharjah (accommodation provided)
