Experienced Waiter/Waitress - Full Time (With Accommodation)


We are currently seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team in Sharjah. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Answer any questions about the menu or daily specials
- Ensure accuracy of billing and process payments through POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, payments, etc.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
