Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Indian Nationality)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment and facilities within the hotel to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for guests.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on all equipment and facilities in the hotel, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with equipment or facilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn parts
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work without disrupting guest experiences
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies needed for maintenance work

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in engineering preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English
