Part-Time Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Isa Town. As a part-time position, this role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely. This is an ideal role for someone looking to supplement their income or for a retiree with extensive construction management experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project timeline and budget are met
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Salary: $1200/month (part-time)

Location: Isa Town (remote work possible)

Preference will be given to candidates who do not have previous work experience in construction but possess the necessary skills and qualifications. We are also open to candidates who require accommodation or have their own visa.
