Supply Manager for Indian Nationals in Jeddah

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for a part-time job without the requirement of English proficiency or prior experience. Accommodation will not be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for those already residing in Jeddah. This role is suitable for all individuals who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials
- Manage shipping and logistics processes to ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers or potential cost savings opportunities
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
- Keep accurate records of all supply chain activities

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid residency in Jeddah
- Proven experience as a Supply Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (preferred) but not mandatory

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
