Handyman for Residential Property in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our residential property maintenance team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Perform various repairs such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Replace faulty or damaged appliances and fixtures
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of properties
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with property owners or managers regarding any necessary repairs or maintenance work
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on properties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time job that requires flexibility in working hours. Some weekends may be required based on the needs of the properties.
