Administrative Manager

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our company in Al-Wakra. Your main duties will include supervising administrative staff, managing office budgets and expenses, and ensuring efficient and effective office procedures are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical personnel
- Manage office budgets and expenses, including purchasing supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare reports on office activities, including budget expenditures, staff performance, and customer feedback
- Participate in recruitment processes for administrative staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative management style
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: 1000$ per month

City: Al-Wakra

Preference: Indians living in Al-Wakra or nearby areas.

We offer part-time positions for this role with flexible working hours. No prior experience is required but candidates with relevant experience will be preferred. Accommodation can also be provided for suitable candidates.
