Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. Your main duty will be to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently, from managing staff to maintaining quality standards and providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include managing the restaurant budget, training and supervising staff, creating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and handling customer complaints.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. As part of our commitment to employee satisfaction, we provide accommodation for our staff. We are looking for someone who is already based in Dubai or willing to relocate on their own.
