We are a well-established restaurant in Al Buraymi seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service quality, and cleanliness.
- Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: 1000$ per month
Location: Al Buraymi, Oman
