Mason Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work and be familiar with all aspects of the construction process. This is a contract job and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor new masons as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on site to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Order and maintain inventory of necessary materials
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry work, including bricklaying, stonework, and concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them on the job site
- Good communication skills in Hindi or any Indian language (English preferred)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
