Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects in Jizan, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. They will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in construction management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budget estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi is preferred)
- Valid biometric passport (for travel purposes)
