Waiter/Waitress in Al Buraymi, Oman



We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a restaurant located in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them to tables promptly
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations, if needed
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before seating guests
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
