Job Title: Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. They will be in charge of menu planning, food ordering and inventory management, as well as managing and training kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and communication skills. They should possess a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes while adhering to budget constraints. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, including accommodation. Applicants must have their own visa and must be able to work without English language proficiency. All nationalities are welcome to apply for this job based in Ajman. Prior experience is not required but preferred.
