Head Chef - Ajman
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Ajman. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a menu that showcases our unique blend of Malayalee and Egyptian cuisine. Your culinary skills and creativity will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Create new dishes and menus that reflect our fusion concept
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Order supplies and monitor inventory to control costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant's unique cuisine
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a similar setting
- In-depth knowledge of Malayalee and Egyptian cuisine, as well as fusion cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with management, staff, and suppliers
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
