Kitchen Helper


We are a busy restaurant in Medina seeking a diligent and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs and cooks in preparing and cooking food, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring that all dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized. This is an entry-level position that does not require any previous experience, making it the perfect opportunity for 12 pass Malayalees who are looking for English speaking jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients and cooking food
- Clean, peel, chop, and cut vegetables and fruits as required
- Measure ingredients accurately according to recipes
- Wash, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Empty trash bins regularly
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas
- Follow all health & safety regulations while handling food

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Malayalam speaking is a plus)
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures is an advantage but not required
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
