We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative inquiries and requests
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and office budgets
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1600$ per month
